Here is the procedure to get farm bucks items for coins (free coins):

Please note that after using this cheat your coins will become "0" to get coins use the coin cheat (Get farmVille 2 coins).

1. Open FarmVille 2 in Mozilla Firefox (many time these will not work in google chrome) Click to download
2. Start Cheat Engine 6.3
3. Select a process to open
4. Choose second FlashPlayerPlugin_xx_x_xxx_xxx.exe  (for firefox)  
5. Set the Value Type to Array of byte 
6. Scan the code  " 04 63 61 73 68 "
7. Click the first address and then press Shift + left-click on the last address
8. Click the red arrow
9. Select all with Ctrl + A, then press ENTER
10. Change the value to " 04 62 61 73 68 "
11. Visit a Neighbor's Farm & return Home
